There are many things that you can do to reduce spam emails. Below are suggested few: 1) In cPanel [The hosting control panel that we provide with our hosting solution], you may go to Spam Assasin and enable the function, enable spam box as well. A lower score will filter more emails, sometimes genuine emails. Normally, we leave the settings at 5. 2) Do not provide your email address to unreliable sources, or display your visible emails on the website itself. 3) By enabling BoxTrapper, you may also protect your inbox by forcing all people not on your white list to reply to a verification email before they can send mail to you. |
