A reliable vendor will normally inform you 30 days prior to expiry. Informing through email is a common practice and almost no vendors will call you through phone. So, you need to make sure that the email address that you registered with your vendor is updated. Normally, an expired domain name will be held for 30 days before it is released for registration to the public again. So, you should make use of this period to contact your vendor about renewal. |
